Plants - Daylily closeup1.  Get ice cream or gelato (especially gelato when in Italy!) every chance you get but always make it a small and only 1x per day.

2.  Don’t eat in the car.

3.  Be hungry at mealtimes – don’t spoil your appetite with a lot of snacking.

4.  Exercise early in the day and feel healthy and strong all day.

5.  Eat high quality – low quantity not the other way around.

6.  Do find something more interesting to do than eat.

7.  Take a walk after dinner – even just a short one – breathe some fresh air and digest.

8.  Drink water regularly and don’t get irritated by taking time to urinate.  Water in – water out – good for body.

9.  Don’t get mad at your body – it is doing the best it can for you!  Try to realize this and do whatever you can to help it.

10.  Allow good amounts of time for rest and sleep.  You can’t go, go, go all the time!
