Drink Vinegar?!

Food - VinegarYes, I drink apple cider vinegar, organic, all natural with the mother (meaning the probiotic strands that actually turn apple cider into vinegar) – about 2 Tablespoons in cold water with a squirt of stevia for sweetening.  I have become so accustomed to this that I crave it.  I find it very refreshing as well as inexpensive and very good for me.  My health reasons for drinking it?  Weight and blood sugar control, but there is a whole list of health benefits.

The thing that still surprises me is how good this tastes!  Right now I’m using cold, cold water, but in the winter I envision warm water maybe with some cinnamon added.  There are lots of recipes on the web for different drinks using cider vinegar so I shouldn’t ever get bored.

When I think of all the diet soda I used to drink….

I’ve heard of this, the health benefits of cider vinegar, but have never tried it. Maybe I should, I trust you. It tastes good, huh? I have stevia growing, too.

I find with the stevia it’s quite tasty. Lately I’ve been using chilled sparkling water and it’s almost like a hard cider then! I’d be interested to hear what you think after you try it!
