Plants - Ligularia Seedheads

Winter prep is done.

Life tucked safely underground.

Seeds ripening and ready.

The bitter cold their final step.

Making them ready to grow.

In spring’s first light.

Ligularia seedheads in Wisconsin.  They need a cold period to grow.
