Melissa can you please tell the Lavish Life readers how do you pride yourself when serving your sophisticated clients ? 

Thank you for asking me this question , I always  pride myself for my transparency and honesty for discussing home and property values while setting realistic expectations for my clients. Selling or purchasing a home can be a very stressful process so understanding their specific needs and wants is where I believe I thrive.

What do you offer your clients which makes them always come back to you? 

I always offer a sophisticated marketing plan that has proven to get the maximum price for each property I have represented, and I quickly showcase the homes with professional photography, videography, conducting open houses, and much more. Aside from that, I try to ease any potential stresses and make the process as fun as possible.

Melissa what is your background? 

I am originally from the beautiful Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago but my family background is Grenadian. My mom is Grenadian and Bajan(from Barbados) and my dad is Grenadian and Venezuelan. Fun fact about my sisters and I is that we’re all from a different country. My eldest sister was born in Barbados, the third was born in Grenada, Trinidad for me and America for my youngest sister. I truly love the Caribbean culture and the upbringing I was given. Though, we moved to Culver City, CA when I was a young child my parents still kept us embedded in our culture. One of my favorite things about being Caribbean is the food and my mom happens to be the best cook. Roti, which is a signature Trini dish and Oil down which is a Grenadian dish are my two favorites. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Overall, having a Caribbean background has been an essential part of my easy going and understanding personality.

Can you tell Lavish Life what do you enjoy doing on your spare time? 

I hardly have spare time because I love working with my clients and meeting new ones who want to hire my expertise, however on my spare time I enjoy hiking the many tranquil trails in Los Angeles, I love fine dining with my friends and most importantly I love spending time with family. 

Lavish Life wants to know what’s next for Melissa?

My primary focus will be to continue assisting my buyer and seller clients achieve their real estate goals. As for me personally, I’m hoping to increase my personal portfolio and get into more development opportunities. I’m excited for what the future holds.
