Six Senses Tel Aviv to Open in 2025
Six Senses has announced the opening of Six Senses Tel Aviv, the luxury hotel and residences brand’s second property in Israel.
Set to be built in the five Rothschild 10 Tower buildings, which date back to the city’s birth in 1909, Six Senses Tel Aviv will stretch from Rothschild, Herzel and Lilienblum Streets to the edge of Rothschild Boulevard. Encompassing the entire city block, the construction of the new hotel and residences is considered the city’s most important preservation project.
“Tel Aviv is one of the most happening cities in the world right now,” said Six Senses CEO Neil Jacobs. “To understand it, you have to experience it, from its innovation hub to its creative and arts scene, its café culture, and its ingenious Israeli chefs.”

“It is enormously exciting to have the chance to not only be part of this city but to lay our foundation stone next to its foundation stone,” Jacobs continued. “We’re building the vision for Six Senses Tel Aviv together with Tidhar Group, one of the leading Israeli real estate groups, which means we have passion and purpose running through the property, from the pioneering wellness programming at Six Senses Place to your Sabich served by the sky pool. Six Senses Tel Aviv joins our urban hotels in Istanbul and soon-to-be-opened Rome, with London, Bangkok, Dubai, Lisbon, and Kyoto coming in the next two years.”
Six Senses Tel Aviv will feature the 140-key Six Senses hotel alongside 55 Six Senses residences, the two dwellings spilling over 42 floors within the tower.
Also included within the exciting new development are wellness facilities, such as a state-of-the-art spa; a Holistic Anti-Aging Center with views overlooking the property’s heritage garden; and a Six Senses Place, a hub for the brand’s social and wellness community which will promote reflection, growth and reconnection, in a manner akin to other Six Senses properties.

The sky pool, located on the 17th floor, will feature panoramic views of Tel Aviv, extending to the gorgeous Mediterranean coastline and the azure blue sea beyond. A cocktail lounge will be housed beside the pool, and a restaurant, café and bar will also feature within the property.
Both Six Senses and its Israeli partner Tidhar Group are wholly committed to the preservation of not only the landmark building but also the unique charm of Tel Aviv throughout the property.
“The preservation project for the five historic buildings is among the most ambitious and complicated in the city, and the property itself calls for one of the most complex engineering projects currently underway in Israel,” said Gil Geva, Tidhar Group chairperson.

One of the most popular destinations within Israel and across the Mediterranean, Six Senses Tel Aviv is perfectly positioned within the city to explore all avenues the city has to offer, from the trailblazing museums and galleries, the sun-soaked café culture, the golden beaches, and the world-famous nightlife.
Located within the city’s Golden Triangle central region, Six Senses Tel Aviv overlooks the tree-lined Rothschild Boulevard to the north, with vistas of the Jaffa Cliff, the Mediterranean and the wonderful Neve Tzedek.
The hotel and residences interiors will be designed by Orly Shrem, in which the designer will seek to balance the building’s historic heritage with an upgraded design that reflects the unique character of the city.
“Together, [the project] reveals Tel Aviv’s unique story, history beside innovation and a vibrant lifestyle. We are thrilled to have signed the agreement with Six Senses, whose values correspond with our vision at Tidhar. The group represents and promotes advanced approaches to service, sustainability and wellness, alongside an uncompromising standard of quality and excellence,” Geva concluded.
