Lürssen Just Delivered Its New 384-Foot Megayacht ‘Boardwalk’

Lürssen is finally spilling the details on its new 384-foot megayacht.

The German shipyard has just delivered the striking Boardwalk to its owner, who is rumored to be none other than Houston Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta; the billionaire teamed up has four other superyachts with the same moniker (including one with Feadship), each larger than the next. This new vessel, though, is the most gargantuan yet, and the shipyard has finally given us a better idea of what’s onboard.

And there’s plenty to look at. Designer Frank Woll took the helm on the exteriors, creating a steel-and-aluminum structure with fluid lines, inspired by the sea itself. Woll worked along Amy Halffman, Suzanne Glover, and Teresa Francis for interiors that are speckled with burled mahogany, stainless-steel, and plenty of light to illuminate all the materials onboard. Boardwalk offers up 11 guest staterooms, one of which is a VIP suite forward that has a secluded alfresco lounge. The other accommodations have outside space as well, thanks to a wide side deck that can be transformed into a private terrace via glass doors.

The beach club.

Back outside, the main deck aft is home to a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as glass doors connecting to the main salon that can be completely opened for prime indoor-outdoor living. The deck is also home to a Lürssen first: a sliding structural plate that can be retracted to reveal a staircase connecting the main deck with the beach club below. Elsewhere, you’ll find a move theater, a gym and spa, a putting green, and two helipads.

As for toys, Boardwalk has three custom 40-foot Hodgdon tenders in its arsenal, as well as an amphibious tender, off-road 4x4s, and a variety of other vehicles for on-land adventures. All can be housed in the spacious garage onboard, of course.

“Our singular job as a shipyard is to translate a vision into an operational vessel,” said Peter Lürssen, the company’s CEO, in a press statement. “At Lürssen, this also means exceeding expectations, but this can only be achieved through clear and accurate conversations. The lines of communication throughout this build had exceptional clarity. For this I am incredibly grateful, and I believe the results speak for themselves.”

From this view, you can easily spot the two helipads onboard.

Boardwalk is the third delivery Lürssen has made this year, following in the footsteps of Odisea, which made its maiden voyage back in March. That custom 257-foot superyacht offers up a glass-enclosed beach club, a teak-lined pool, and a sports court for pickleball, yoga, and more. We’ll have to see what else Lürssen has up its sleeve for 2026.
