Turquoise Just Delivered the Largest Superyacht Ever Built in Turkey
One lucky superyacht owner just got a rather angelic delivery.
Turkey’s largest yacht just cruised into the hands of its owner this week from Turquoise Yacht’s facilities in Istanbul. The 288-foot stunner, formerly known as Project Vento, has now been christened Angelique.
For this latest superyacht, Turquoise turned to its longtime creative partner H2 Yacht Design to bring the vessel to life—both inside and out. The pair gave the yacht a “Tour de France” blue-inspired steel hull, while the aluminum superstructure offers up plenty of smooth, sleek lines. And with 2,646 GT to its name, Angelique has plenty of room for any activities the owner would have in mind. That includes the main deck aft, with its 21-foot counterflow pool, and the owner’s deck aft, which can be fully enclosed to make a winter garden.
The recently delivered superyacht has an expansive beach club and an a wellness-focused gym and spa.

Head to the bridge deck and you’ll find yet another area for sunbathing, while the sun deck has a cinema prepped and ready for outdoor movie nights, as well as a kitchen with a teppanyaki grill. The beach club also acts as a social hub, with a bar and folding side terraces for entertaining right on the water. The space also has its own massage room and a drive-in tender dock for toys. And pulling double duty is the touch-and-go helipad on the foredeck, which can be transformed into a basketball court.
Inside, meanwhile, the owner was inspired by yet another creation from Turquoise and H2 Yacht Design: the 253-foot Go. The duo upped the ante on the design of that modern superyacht by adding blue accents (mirroring the striking hull) and stainless steel throughout, among other standout details such as a statement bar in the main saloon to a sculpture by Dale Chijuly in the atrium. Elsewhere, you’ll find a games table and yet another cinema screen for some inside entertainment, and the fully equipped gym and spa—complete with a sauna, hammam, and treatment room—is focused on all things wellness.

“Angelique” has an eye-catching blue hull.

The owner will have a secluded space to rest their head, too. The owner’s suite onboard is home to a lounge, his-and-hers dressing rooms, an office, a lounge, and access to a private terrace with its own Jacuzzi and seating. Other accommodations include two VIP cabins and four guest cabins on the main deck, each with its own design scheme. As for grunt, Angelique is powered by a pair of MTU 12V4000 M65L that let the yacht dart to a top speed of 17 knots.
“It is still difficult to fully grasp the sheer scale of the achievement of our team and valued solution partners,” the shipyard’s CEO Burak Akgül said in a press statement. “As the second—and largest—of five custom yachts derived from our 80-metre platform, Angelique unequivocally marks a new standard of our ability.”
And if you’re still looking for a summer charter, you’re in luck. Angelique is now available for any adventure on the seas via Edmiston from about $1.4 million (1.2 million euros).
