AC Future’s Transforming Smart Trailer Will Arrive in 2026
AC Future is ready to move past the concept stage.
The California-based company will show off updated versions of its transforming RVs to CES 2026. The trio of vehicles feature sleek designs penned by Pininfarina, expanding interiors, and a slew of smart features that’ll make your time away from home as comfortable as possible.
We first learned about AC Future’s gorgeous RVs when the company shared renderings of the eTH prototype in early 2024. Two years later, the design language has been tweaked subtly, resulting in vehicles that look even sleeker and more futuristic. The company’s website currently lists three models the AI-THd RV, which is the evolution of the initial eTH concept, the AI-THt trailer, and the AI-THu mobile home.
The AC Future AI-THt offers over 350 square feet of interior space when fully expanded

The first of the trio to hit the market will be the AI-THt, which, the company has announced, has also been recognized as one of the recipients of this year’s CES Innovation Award. The trailer needs to be towed by another vehicle, unlike its sibling, the AI-THd, but this also means it doesn’t need a driver’s cab, allowing the company to maximize the livable area. When its side and rear slide-out segments are fully deployed, the vehicle will offer over 350 square feet of interior space.
The AI-THt’s ability to transform into a much larger vehicle when parked may be its main selling point, but there’s plenty more to like about the trailer. Its flexible interior looks just as chic as its stylish exterior and comes with matching furniture that can be easily stowed away during transport. Renderings of the airy cabin also depict a spacious kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and main bedroom. The vehicle also features a number of AI-powered smart features, which have yet to be detailed, mult-zone high-capacity HVAC, and a solar-assisted power system that can be used to charge your tow vehicle, if it happens to be an EV.

AC Future is currently taking reservations for all three vehicles, though only the AI-THt currently has any sort of timetable attached to its launch. The company’s website says it expects to begin deliveries of the trailer at some point in 2026. Pricing for that model will begin at $158,000, while the AI-Thu will start at $108,000, and the AI-THd, with its fully functional electric drivetrain, at $328,00.
