Background

Born in Nakhon Pathom and raised in Bangkok, Bright graduated from Bangkok University with a degree in Marketing in 2021. However, his career in the entertainment industry had started long before that.

The First Breakthrough in 2gether the Series

Bright was first seen on the silver screen in 2015 as one of the hosts of Strawberry Krubcake, a variety show featuring several young celebrities. He then acted in several TV dramas, series, movies, and music videos, before catching the judges’ eyes in the GMM25 New Face 2018 project. This granted him the opportunity to secure a contract with GMMTV label, where he kick-started his serious acting career as the protagonist in Love Songs Love Series 3. It was his portrayal of the young version of the protagonist in My Ambulance (2019) that garnered significant public attention.

The most prominent breakthrough for Bright was his role in BL series 2gether The Series (2020), where he starred alongside Metawin “Win” Opas-iamkajorn. The show was a massive hit in Thailand and even internationally, leading to the ‘Bright-Win’ Global Live Fan Meeting that attracted fans from over 90 countries. The hashtag #GlobalLiveFMxBrightWin ranked number one on Twitter at the time. The duo also had fan meetings in Japan and Hong Kong, which were a huge success as well.

Bright proceeded to take on the role of male lead in several other series and films, such as Still 2gether (2020), F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers (2021), Astrophile (2022), Good Old Days: Our Soundtrack (2022), Congrats my Ex! (2023). His most recent film with the widely-loved actress Urassaya Sperbund is Love You to Debt (2024).

Music Career

Growing up in a family that ran a music school, Bright learned to play guitar, piano, bass, and drums as he grew up. His first single was the OST of 2gether The Series, “Kun Goo.” He later collaborated with the famous rapper, F.Hero, in “Sad Movie.” Soon enough, he will be performing at the upcoming The Kingdoms Concert on June 1-2, 2024, as well as Summer Sonic Bangkok on August 24-25, 2024.

Entrepreneurial Adventures

Bright launched his own clothing brand, Astro Stuffs, in 2021. The brand focuses on fashionable items produced from recycled and sustainable materials.

On the other side, after his contract with GMMTV ended in 2023, Bright moved on to found his own company. Now the CEO of Cloud9 Entertainment, he aims to elevate Thai artists and actors on an international stage through his all-in-one entertainment company. The company was officially established in June 16, 2023.

Brand Associations

After a few projects together, Burberry announced Bright as the first South Asia Pacific ambassador in 2022. His front-row debut was at the brand’s Spring/Summer 2023 fashion show, which was the last collection of Ricardo Tisci as the Creative Director. We got to see him again at Daniel Lee’s inaugural collection at London Fashion Week 2024. At the event, his participation and association with Burberry contributed significantly to the brand’s media value.

In the most recent global red carpet that will potentially bring his name to the United States more, Bright attended his first Met Gala in Burberry’s pleated georgette jacket, embroidered with tonal bullion. He sported wide-legged silk tuxedo pants with a tonal bullion stripe with square-toed loafers. He is now known as the first Thai male artist/actor to attend the Met Gala.

Bright announced that he’s now dating Pornnappan “Nene” Pornpenpipat, a singer and actress who rose to fame after participating in an idol TV show in China, Chuang 2020.
