The paperwork marked the divorce as uncontested, which means each Britney and Sam (born Hesam Asghari) have appeared within the case and “have entered right into a written settlement relating to their property and their marriage or home partnership rights, together with assist, the unique of which is being or has been submitted to the court docket.”
E! Information has reached out to reps for Britney and Sam for remark however has not heard again.
Sam filed for divorce in August, simply over a 12 months after their June 2022 nuptials.
“After 6 years of affection and dedication to one another my spouse and I’ve determined to finish our journey collectively,” he wrote on his August 17 Instagram Story. “We are going to maintain onto the love and respect we now have for one another and I want her the very best all the time.”
