CAA Hires Elizabeth A. Morrison for Recruiting, DEI Efforts

CAA has hired Elizabeth A. Morrison as its new global head of inclusion, recruiting and development. 

Morrison was previously chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer and vice president of global talent management at Levi Strauss & Co. She will be the head of teams at CAA working on inclusion, learning and development as well as recruiting. 

“We are thrilled to have Elizabeth join us,” stated Richard Lovett, co-chairman, CAA. “We always prioritize the development of our colleagues and an inclusive environment within our walls and beyond. Elizabeth’s professional experiences and expertise will further bolster CAA as a professional home where people of all backgrounds can be inspired daily, grow their careers, and best serve our clients.”

At Levi Strauss & Co, Morrison launched the company’s first career efficacy talent development program and published their first global DE&I impact report. She previously led diversity and belonging at Live Nation and managed global diversity and inclusion at The Campbell Soup Company. She previously worked at Comcast NBCUniversal and in public relations at the American Red Cross. 

She is a member of the i4cp Chief Diversity Officers Board and Executive Leadership Council and a graduate of Temple University.

Morrison will be based in CAA’s Los Angeles office.
