One particularly noteworthy item is a Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel black wool double-breasted jacket from the cruise collection of 2005. Dubbed the ‘Devil Wears Prada’ jacket, it mirrors the style worn by Anne Hathaway’s character, Andrea Sachs, in the 2006 film The Devil Wears Prada. The jacket boasts a double-breasted design with black and ecru tweed trim to the base, pockets, and cuffs. Textured champagne gold CC buttons and notched lapels add to its allure, while a wire embroidered camellia and ‘Coco’ emblem grace the chest pocket. This timeless piece has been offered with an estimate of £800-1,200.
