David Beckham Becomes Designer For Hugo Boss in Global Partnership

Hugo Boss has announced a multi-year collaboration with David Beckham for its men’s collection. The collaboration is the first of its kind for Boss Menswear and will reflect the style and aesthetic values of the former English footballer and the German brand. In the coming seasons, the partnership will include capsules and collections designed and curated by David Beckham, who will be involved in the entire creative process.

The Inter Miami president and co-owner of Salford City will focus on formal and casual menswear for now. The first collection to be presented will be Spring Summer 2025, while Beckham will appear in the brand’s global campaigns in fall/winter this year.

“David Beckham is a true icon,” commented Daniel Grieder, CEO of Hugo Boss, “in both sports and fashion. With his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fashion, he perfectly embodies the values of Boss. We look forward to seeing the first collections come to life and to working closely with him over the course of this multi-year partnership.”

After bidding farewell to the soccer fields, the former Manchester United, Real Madrid, Los Angeles Galaxy, AC Milan and Paris Saint Germain midfielder has established himself as an entrepreneur, but he also has devoted himself to charitable projects; posed for advertising campaigns; and, together with his wife, fashion designer and former pop star Victoria Beckham, made a docuseries for Netflix about his life.

“Over the past few years,” Beckham said, “I’ve wanted to invest more time in design and fashion, but I wanted to make sure I was collaborating with a brand and team that could deliver something truly global and impactful. So far I have really enjoyed the collaboration with Boss and have been impressed by the team’s ambition, creativity and desire for excellence.”
