Controversial Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval, Selling Sunset‘s Chrishell Stause and Britney Spears’ ex-husband Sam Asghari are among the reality TV names who have been tapped for the third season of Peacock’s breakout competition series Traitors.
A YouTube reveal by series host Alan Cumming announced the full cast: Bob Harper (The Biggest Loser), Carolyn Wiger (Survivor), Britney Haynes (Big Brother), Bob The Drag Queen (RuPaul’s Drag Race), Danielle Reyes (Big Brother), Gabby Windey (The Bachelorette), Chanel Ayan (The Real Housewives of Dubai), Ciara Miller (Summer House), Dolores Catania (The Real Housewives of New Jersey), Dorinda Medley (The Real Housewives of New York City), Zac Efron’s brother Dylan Efron (Down to Earth with Zac Efron), Jeremy Collins (Survivor), British royal Lord Ivar Mountbatten, professional wrestler Nikki Garcia, Rob Mariano (Survivor, Deal or No Deal Island), Robyn Dixon (The Real Housewives of Potomac), Tony Vlachos (Survivor) and Wells Adams (Bachelor in Paradise).
The competition series, based on a Dutch format and produced by Studio Lambert (The Circle), will feature 21 players working together to complete challenges and grow the show’s prize pool. Three of the players, however, are designated as traitors.
Unlike The Mole (now on Netflix), the traitors don’t work to sabotage the game — they’re vying for the same pot of cash as everyone else — but they do choose a player to eliminate (a “murder” in the show’s parlance) after the full group casts out another contestant.
The latest Traitors season will be set in a remote castle in the Scottish Highlands, according to the producers.
