Do you fall in the very specific Venn diagram of people who participate in Dry January and also love 1970s shock rockers? If so, Vermont distillery WhistlePig has a new non-alcoholic cocktail for you called Sex, Drugs, Rock & Dry. This zero-proof take on an Old Fashioned is also a collaboration with Mr. “School’s Out” himself, Vincent Damon Furnier a.k.a. Alice Cooper.

Dry January is indeed in full swing, although some people may just be going damp or moist or not really participating at all. There are many different option to try these days because the N/A spirits and mocktail market has expanded as younger people are drinking less, meaning that craft and legacy distilleries are coming up with zero-proof options to sell. Even if you’re enjoying a single night without booze, this bottle might be a good option to check out. Sex, Drugs, Rock & Dry comes after last year’s Dank & Dry release from WhistlePig, an N/A Old Fashioned that incorporated cannabis terpenes into its recipe to provided the smell of weed and some extra flavor minus any psychoactive effects. Sex, Drugs, Rock & Dry is different—it’s made from a base rye “non-whiskey” which is combined with barrel-aged maple syrup, adaptogenic cordyceps mushrooms, Schisandra berry, and damiana (a plant that is supposed to be an aphrodisiac).

“I’ve been shocking audiences for years with snakes, guillotines, and enough fake blood to fill the Grand Canyon,” said Cooper in a statement. “But now these maniacs at WhistlePig have gone and shocked me with a non-alcoholic cocktail. Sex, Drugs, Rock & Dry Old Fashioned is a lethal injection of flavors proving you don’t need to be drunk to be punk.” We did not get to try this new N/A cocktail, but the official tasting notes describe summer berries, wild herbs, and black pepper on the nose, followed by candied lime, citrus, and smoky mushroom umami on the palate.

You can find the new Sex, Drugs, Rock & Dry Old Fashioned available to purchase now from the WhistlePig website for $50. If you’re a diehard Alice Cooper fan willing to spend a lot more money, you can also find the “Go Pig Go Bundle” available to purchase for $200. This set includes the Sex, Drugs, Rock & Dry Old Fashioned bottle along with a vinyl version of his album Breadcrumbs that is filled with rye non-whiskey that you can play but not drink (the vinyl won’t ship until July).
