When the blue-eyed and shaggy-haired Jeremy Allen White was born to Eloise Ziegler and Richard White on February 17^th 1991, the world had no idea he would soon become an on-screen sensation with a soaring net worth to boot. His parents, who between them boasted North Carolina, Ukranian, English, German, Scottish, Northern Irish, and distant Dutch blood, had moved to New York City to pursue acting – thus ensuring very little resistance when a 13-year-old White expressed interest in the craft. 

The Brooklyn native had initially trained as a dancer, excelling in tap, jazz, and ballet; all this would change in middle school, when he decided to set aside his fancy footwork to pursue a career in acting.
