Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait is in one of two towers within the Burj Alshaya complex, a new mixed-use development created around a regional architectural tradition. The Hotel was fashioned by top-flight international design talent: architecture by Gensler of San Francisco; interiors by Yabu Pushelberg of New York; and two of three featured restaurants by Kokaistudios of Shanghai. The Hotel’s modern glass exterior is laid out with mashrabiya latticework, an Arabic pattern dating from the Middle Ages, and wooden rhombus-shaped shading fins that, together, give it a distinctive appearance while heightening climatic performance in the desert heat. Cutting-edge interior design unfolds in a dramatic assemblage of textures, colors and modern Middle Eastern touches through the entrance experience of Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait. Soaring ceilings, walls clad in textured limestone, carved oak panels and geometric-pattern stone floors enhance the sculptural quality of the Lobby. Sintoho – The chic panoramic rooftop restaurant with its own terrace serving dinner daily except on Sunday. Diners will thrill to a hybrid interpretation of Asian cuisine fashioned from the freshest ingredients, with hip music spun by a live DJ as part of the scene. Sintoho’s new menu offers mouth-watering specialties that are feasts for the eyes as well as the palate, such as Mushroom and Truffle Dim Sum; Stone Pot Rice Wagyu Beef Ribs; and Canadian Lobster, TTruffle Gyoza, and Black Cod; plus a brand new selection of mocktails.

Dai Forni – The rooftop Italian dining experience is back and it’s as inviting and authentic as ever. An updated menu featuring new dishes inspired by Italian Chef Luigi Frassanito extended stay back home in Italy include Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms and; Handmade Cannelloni with ricotta and truffle sauce, Burrata; and Panna cotta al caramello liquirizia and Tiramissu crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Gregory Chrismant.
