‘Kindervarsity’ Training Hub Launches in Better Bay Space

The Hub brings together a community of learners, educators, researchers and industry professionals for the future of education

Textbooks and traditional classrooms are vital in teaching, but a new ‘Kindervarsity’ Education Hub concept takes learning to a whole new level. CTF Education Group (CTFEG) recently announced the launch of the Education Hub, The Hub for short – a swanky new education landmark located in Panyu, Guangzhou in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Opening this month, The Hub, spanning 100,000 sqm, pioneers future ready K-12 (kindergarten through primary and secondary school) education.

Through its “Kindervarsity” model, the Education Hub will bring together a community of learners, educators, researchers and industry professionals for the future of education.

“Kinder”, from the word kindergarten, means children; and “varsity” means university. The Kindervarsity (children-university) model applies the university framework, which comprises three core components – schools, research, and campus life – providing real-world experiences beyond the classroom that equip students to thrive in a future workplace.

The Education Hub aims to create a diverse and dynamic learning, teaching, and research community – to inspire, equip, and empower a new generation of learners for the future. The Hub’s projects include Benenden Schools Guangzhou, the Future Education Research Institute, and a fun campus life, which includes state-of-the-art facilities: the Performing Arts Centre, Innovation Centre and Sports Centre, boarding residential life, and loads more.

State-of-the-art facilities at The Hub

“The establishment of the Education Hub in GBA is the most significant milestone of CTF Education Group,” said Jennifer Yu Cheng, CTFEG Group President and Deputy Vice Chairwoman. “CTFEG is committed to making a positive impact through education.”
