Exclusive Interview With Armenian Artist & Entrepreneur Jackie Allexis Living in Los Angeles

Jackie Allexis is truly an inspiration , she is a talented artist and self made success , born in Armenia with Ethiopian roots her career started at a very young age as a professional ballroom dancer winning lots of championships for over 7 years . She began her acting journey at a “ Small Theater“ in Armenia from 2007 .  At the age of 15 years old she was featured on many Armenian television shows, commercials, TV series soap operas . Jackie Allexis attended “Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinematography “ at age of 16 years because of her love for art , she basically grew up on a stage as theater actress . In 2019 at the most successful time of her acting career , she moved with her family to the United States . She explained to Lavish Life that it was extremely difficult for her leaving Armenia and living in Los Angeles not knowing anyone in the city or the English language. 

Jackie Allexis was dedicated and determined to achieve success despite being in a new country , she didn’t allow anything to stop her from her goals and ambition .  She began working 2 full time jobs ,  one of the jobs was at a beauty salon at first doing eye brows and make up for high profile clients . While working at the beauty Solon she discovered she was naturally talented as an Esthetician , all her clients praised her talent and make up skills . Her clients positive feedback’s inspired her with the idea to launch her own business  “ Allexis Studios” in 2019 which instantly become a massive success . Allexis Studios is a one stop shop for women and men located in Burbank providing services of lash extensions, eyebrow microblading and teeth whitening . Jackie Allexis also accepts students for lashtech certification trainings helping young woman entrepreneurs build their careers being successful and independent. 

Jackie can you tell Lavish Life readers about Allexis Studios achievements and your career? 

Allexis Studious has been a massive success , I never imagined that I would reach this success doing what I love in such a short period of time. 

Is it true that you have a very impressive list of high profile clients , celebrities and models? 

Yes indeed , we are working with lots of high profile clients , celebrities and models. 

What is your next business ventures and expansion goals? 

I am currently expanding the business and working on Alexis studios clothing line with plans on opening up a boutique very soon in summer of 2023. I am part owner of my family business “Aleksanyan Jewelry “ which has been built over 20 years ago located DTLA at jewelry district. We have made custom jewelry for legendary celebrities like Nipsey Hussle, Danny Trejo, Snoop Dog etc.  I couldn’t go long without creating art so i figured my way in to the industry myself. I started going to auditions , started modeling and writing and recording songs. 

Tell us about your first single which was released in 2019 , what gave you the inspiration? 

I was more involved in the acting industry since my childhood , however I always had a passion to create music and was good at singing .  In 2019 i successfully released my first single “I like the way it hurts” , it had lots of positive feedback allowing me to start working with different big platform of artists and grammy nominated producers  . Currently im an independent artist . I had my first live show at 2020 . 3 of my songs “Have you Ever” , “Not The One “ ft Dirty Shmoney , “ Too Many Lies” got on a radio. I have a new single  “You For You” which will be out in all platforms September 10th.
