Benoit Renard is a French real estate developer with a passion for architecture and design With a strong entrepreneurial instinct and communication skills, Benoit Renard has founded R.V.I , an innovating company specialized in building and selling residential communities in Paris and surrounding towns .
Tell us about yourself ?
I studied law in Paris University and obtained a Master specialized in private rights . I should have logically been committed to the practice of law , but I soon decided to enter the real estate business , first buying old houses to transform it into brand new luxury properties .
“ HAVING AN IDEA AND CONVERTING IT INTO REAL PROPERTY “
You must be first able to recognize the potential of a particular property , having an idea from the paper and converting it into real property, It requires to have broad knowledge of the different aspects and phases of real estate . I was born in Paris , and was always curious about old and abandoned buildings and houses : these kind of properties shouldn’t be necessarily destroyed and rebuilt ! It is a legacy from our culture , our common history .

Selecting a site for a prospective development is a challenging work that permits to improve our living environment . This is why I decided two decades ago to dedicate my work into a company focused on converting this legacy into the most valuable places to live .
